The PubPub Sustainability Fund exists to ensure that PubPub remains online, accessible, and reliable for the communities that depend on it — now and for the long term.

Through focused work on our technical foundations, we've significantly reduced PubPub's ongoing infrastructure costs. Server expenses are now low enough, and maintenance lightweight enough, that a relatively modest and well-maintained fund can sustain PubPub indefinitely. As long as the servers are funded, we are committed to keeping PubPub running.

Our goal is $300,000, which would cover core server and technical costs for the foreseeable future. Contributions of any size help build this foundation. Every donation strengthens PubPub's ability to remain a shared, dependable resource for the public knowledge community.

Membership
